Quick drawing of the door hinge/seal detail. It will have Lil Bear door hinges with the 90° bend. That allows them to be attached to the flat of the wall instead of the edge. There is a 1/4" thick spacer and a 1/4" thick sealing ring, on the inside wall. This should allow the door seal to work properly.
