drilled the spars. I sandwiched the boards and cocked them so the guide would stop on the one next to it then held the guide with thumb and finger to center to spar. Drilled the holes. The guide was marked up and the spars were marked up so that if there was any variance it would be the same on each side. then the profile was got the correct upside also.
