hung the TD box from the rafters with a strap through the doors, supported the aft end with a bench, raised the front end high enough to wedge the tires under the box, lowered the box support strap, pushed the trailer and TD forward, the wheels pulled the box fwd until it was in place.
jacked the box up again after drilling the new mounting holes, applied a thick band of PLpremium to the base, used extra long bolts to align the trailer, dropped the box onto the trailer and bolted it in place
