Blizzard is the boat my boss just gave me on friday, I drove home in the blizzard of '13 with it tied on the roof, this was the next morning. My boss and his father built it back around '80. they planned on making 40' steam launches and this was the test run. It has no seats or rails just a hull made from 2 layers of cedar strips epoxied together.
