Teardrops n Tiny Travel Trailers

19mm construction ply sides glued together to give us 1.2m x 3.0m side panels with holes cut out to get rid of a bit of weight. The small squares down the line where the sheets are butted together, are pieces of 8mm ply recessed and glued to strengthen the joint. these are staggered down both faces of the sheet. The holes for the doors will get cut out later, when the doors arrive from Little Guy in America. The panels are now ready to have the 4mm Indonesian Hardwood ply laminated to the inside.
