Finally brought out a fan for working in this hot weather.... took me long enough... I actually came in once to relieve myself, rather than coming in needing a drink and to cool off for a while. on another note... both galley hatch tails are now extended and got blocking in for both the front and back... sorry no pics. well... you can see it in the one pic. as of right now, iam ready to start gluing on the canvas? almost gotta wood putty up the let side and soften up the some of corners... while the wood putty is setting up, probably cut out the right side and finish routing that. got a flush cut and 1/2 round bit for the router... the flush cut cleaned up much of the rounding done with the 1/4 round... the 1/2 round matches up fairly close to the work I done a while back by hand with the jigsaw.
left side tail extension... nearly complete. glued, framed and routed.
