Hey guys, what's going on? Hope things are going great for everyone, everything is going good for Misty and I. I hate to tell ya but we are not going to be able to make it to the gathering this month. The plan is to pour concrete that sat. so it's going to be a full day for me, and Misty is going to keep an eye on progress of the pour. Now about how Misty is doing, she is doing great. It's been a learning time for us and the dogs also, she is almost 7 months along and we just have a couple of things to get for the lil guy. Between building the pole barn, remodling the garage into a living room and getting the baby room fixed up we have alot on out plate right now and just couldn't think about leaving for the weekend. With that in mind we have talked about going down to see u guys maybe sat. night but nothing has been set in stone. I hope we can because we miss ya guys, and are looking forward to meeting new people also. Well we will see if things work out and get to come down. If we don't then have a great time and we will keep in touch.

Keep on droppin!!

Jarred

Changing the subject...............

For the Redneck antenna folk here is the 17 tv channels in the liberty area. The bulk of which are Dayton and Cincinatti with a couple in the Anderson area.

http://www.hdtvantennalabs.com/location/IN/liberty/

Looks like the redneck antenna crowd will need their compass and the magic numbers are 80 degrees Dayton and 148-150 Cincinatti both are right around 40 miles away. Anderson area 304 to 310 degrees and about 70 miles away.

While we did not come camping to watch TV I still like to experiment with the little antenna.

As a matter of fact yes we did find out what we are having and it is going to be a boy!..! His name is still up in the air but we are leaning towards Jackson. The spelling is up in the air also but it's been narrowed down.

I was talking to Bob last weekend and checked the forecast then and was surprised that the lows were going (at the time) to be in the mid to upper 50's. I am still hoping for SNOW!

The Deepest spot in Lake Superior, the largest of the Great Lakes is 1,333 feet or about 222 fathoms. This profound depth could easily contain the entire 1,250' Empire State Building, even with a 50-foot-tall King Kong perched atop.

OK, with 6 days to go before Whitewater, We should make up a menu for the Pitch-in.

Let the "Food Fest" begin

Kurt - New England Polish Sausage, Cabbage & Potatoes.
Bob & Vickie - Apple brown Betty plus Big loaves of Bread
Dave & Barb - T-Berry salad (vegetables).
Dan & Laura - German Potato salad, and German chocolate cherry cake
Carie & Alan - Mac & Cheese

Any others to add to the menu??

Ella & Tom said they'd do "chicken enchilada casserole in the Dutch oven"

That sounds awesome! :applause:

Also I was thinking about bringing our Margaritaville Margarita machine. Would that be a good thing or a no no? I don't drink but I love to play bartender and do so at all of our nieghborhood get togethers which we have a few times a year. I don't charge money but "donations" are always welcome. ;)

That's what I was thinking Kurt that would be a nice addition to the wine and cheese night for those of us that aren't big wine drinkers. 8)
