We are in South Bend for the Studebaker Drivers Club 50th Anniversay Meet July 29th to Aug. 3rd. Then we head south on Historical Route 66 back to the West Coast.

Indycamper (a.k.a. Sharon) will be in site 73 for this one. At least I have gotten in early enough to NOT be out in the suburbs for this one! :D

FRIDAY EVENING:

Wine & Cheese Party 6pm until - ?


SATURDAY MORNING:
Coffee, coffee cake and Bagels at my campsite 8am until 10am
Bring along anything you want to eat.

SATURDAY EVENING:
Potluck dinner at 6pm
Please post your menu item on the forum.

SATURDAY LATE EVENING:
Movie night - TBA

SUNDAY MORNING:
Coffee, coffee cake and Bagels at my site
Probably lasting from 8am until 10am
As with Saturday morning, please bring over whatever you wish.

Glad to hear that you are coming.

Speaking of menu items, I want to try the "Country Boil" again in July. I think it needs a little more seasoning and more shrimp.

Maybe I'll add some other ingredients also. I'll keep trying to perfect it. I brought home the "left overs" from the Spring gathering and they were just as good after re-heating.

Every time we have a pitch-in dinner they seem to get better.

The quality of the Campground "Chefs" is hard to beat. :thumbsup:

I strongly suggest Sat night about 6 PM Uuuhhmm Good !


P.S. I'm thinkin pulled pork/beef Bar B Que and a couple loves of hot bread in the Dutch ovens. The bread always raises well in 100 degree heat :lol:

Gerry, Here's a link to the map of the camping "loop" that we'll be on.

I'm in #78 and Bob is in #50.

If you come Saturday (like Bob suggested) please join us at the pitch-in dinner (6:00pm)

No need to bring anything because there is always plenty of food. Just come and enjoy. :thumbsup:
