The planning for this gathering has been the combined efforts of the directors from 6 - 8 states and others. The planning have been ongoing for a month or more before the first announcement was ever made. This will be a fantastic gathering for all the camping crowd across the U.S. We have invited the T@B group as well as the Serro Scotty clubs to please join us as well.

WE WANT TO "CRAM THE CREEK"

Last toll about 1/3 of the 60 original reserved sites are spoken for. There are 120 additional sites that can be made available but we need to get signed up early so please jump in and make that reservation NOW!
Tell War Pony I still have his dutch oven lid lifter ! :D

queeniejeanne, being at the "Crossroads of America" it's all interstate driving so the trip will be easy for you. We encourage your participation. We'll have campers from as far East as Virginia (peninsula) and as far south as Alabama and as far north as Canada (maybe)

Jeff (War Pony) is always trying to get to Indiana for a gathering and we'd love it if he brought some friends along too.

Please try to fit it in...The long distance award is still up for grabs.

Kurt,

Please put me down as attending. I'll hold off making reservations until I hear more from the other campers in the area. Someone might want to plan a stopover along the way, it's about 460 miles and 8 hours from here.

To everyone involved - Great job on the website and planning!

Thanks,
Darren

KAMO people. You all planning on driving straight through or a stop over, St Louis area maybe?

Darren the map is getting pretty big. Especially with the Kansas/Missouri (Heart of America) group.

Maybe Warpony's friends will have to bring he and Anna to an Indiana gathering.......
Darren, a stop in St. Louis would be great....we know the Casino Queen RV park across the river has a great sunset view of the Arch......safe, fenced, convience store, nice sites and great bath house/showers...

Yeah, we are coming to this one!! I haven't made reservations yet but plan to very soon. Kurt, put us down for a site and I'll get our reservations in ASAP. Anna and I will sit down and see how long we are going to stay but it looks like at least three days.

We will only stay Friday and Sat night, then straight back home on Sunday. Will stay in st louis on Thurs night. If you want to join us, Jeff. Have not settled on a place. The place I had in mind is on the wrong road. Would want to stay close to I 70, someone else would know better than I where that would be........Also hoping to see Gary and Trudy (Rayvillian) jump on board.
