As there's no real Hoosier section over here I'll post this here

It is with great pleasure I'd like to present to you your new Hoosier Tearjerkers Co-Director
Dan Sutton :applause:

After talking with Amy and putting a lot of thought into I've decided to relinquish my title to allow me more time to give to my boys Cub Scout pack, I'm gonna be to assistant pack leader and that will be taking up much of my time including I'm sad to say the fall scout camp out that falls the weekend of Oct 14-16

Dan has agreed to step into the position in my place and I know he'll do a wonderful job and help our little group grow even bigger than it is.

So please join me in welcoming our new Co-Director :shake hands:

Scott,

I'm glad to hear you and Amy understand what (who) is really important!

You've done a fine job, and we will miss you, but as you know, children must always be first.

Congratulations on trying to be very good parents, wish there were more like you...

Rob

Scott & Amy,

We know you will join us when you can but the guys are a one time investment. The time spent with them in the three plus years I have known you all, the boys have gone from babies to well mannered little guys. In 3-4 more years they will be young men. The time spent now forms them into the gentlemen I know they will become with you guidance and nurturing. Treasure the time you have for they will be on their own in what will seem like a blink of the eye.

Scott and Amy have been a major part of our chapter from the beginning. The kid's come first and I know everyone understands.

Scott offered his help on some of the projects that make the chapter "rock" but we'll miss them both on those days when the kid's activities take the place of a gathering.

Dan and I will be directing the chapter with the help of the rest of the members.

The October gathering is building nicely and I'm anxious to get the camper out one more time.

See you all in October.

Scott,

Though we have only met once, thank you for what you have done with the Hoosier Chapter, and for allowing me to harrass your wife and yourself at the Versailles gathering. Hope to meet up with you again soon.

Good luck with "the boys". Scouting is a great opportunity that I was involved in for over 10 years as a scout, some of the best times of my life. I learned a lot in scouts as I'm sure "the boys" will too. My wife thinks it's "weird" that I always take a jacket along no matter where we go. I keep telling her, "that's because you weren't in Boy Scouts, I was taught to BE PREPARED".

Dan, Good luck (your gonna need it  )

 Well.......I hate to say it guys and gals but we won't be camping with ya'll this gathering. With Jaxon's 1st birthday this sunday (the 9th) we have been so busy trying to get the house done. we have it done but in the meantime we have buried the campers in the barn since our minds were focused on the homefront. Good news is i think i have misty talked into heading over for a saturday vist, we would like to visit all day and maybe eat also, but will have to see how the little guy does and all. i hate that it has came down to this but on the other hand our house is finally getting back to normal again. i can't wait to see everyone . have a good day

Jarred :crying1:
