If anyone hears from Mary C, will you please post. Would like to make sure she arrives safe and sound. Oh heck just post as everyone arrives! It would be so cool to keep up with this gathering that I am missing again.

Hello fellow teardropers. I am the new Director of the Bluegrass chapter Tearjerkers. I am saddened today by the death of my father in law. He was as good a man as you could ask for. With this event, I will not be able to attend the gathering this weekend. If I can, I might drive up for a couple hours Saturday, but I am not sure.

I am truly sorry to those fellow Bluegrass Chapter members that wanted to meet me this weekend. If i cant get up there for a couple hours Saturday, i hope i will get to meet you at the fall gathering.

I will be posting our fall gathering details this weekend, or coming week. I would appreciate your prayers for my family.

I hope you enjoy the gathering like I know I would. Thanks Greg Prater
I am a workaholic that loves a good challenge. It will also give my dad and me a good project to work on together. I plan on putting several miles on this teardrop, so I want to build it right.

Mary C arrived safe & sound--she was working on her foamie the last time I saw her.

I met Becky &. Lance briefly this evening. More time tomorrow evening to talk more.

Bonnie made it--her tent-drop looks magnificent. Love the raised bed.

I haven't met everyone, but trying to. Sunny Day is exhausted from walking around the campground meeting everyone. She asked to be picked up and put in the Silver Shadow so she could sleep.

Loaded up and leaving Newburgh. A quick stop for provisions and we're on our way. See everybody in about 3 hours.

We had real problems with raccoons the last couple of nights. Some were not to be messed with! Having fun just the same.

I had a great time! I could only stay over on Thursday night, but that still gave me time to meet a lot of really nice people. I enjoyed talking to Verna, I have used a lot of her tips for trailer travel. Thank you to everyone for giving tours of your TearDrops.

I was only there Saturday. Did a lot of walking and met a lot of real nice people. Really hated to go but duty calls. :(

Thanks to everyone who made this event possible. We had a great time and will definitely attend the next one.

Also, thanks to all the people that were gracious enough (which was everyone we asked) to share their campers with us every time we asked if we could take a peek. You guys sure made a newbie feel welcome amongst such a large crowd. We thought we would be outsiders looking in but we were made to feel at home by everyone we met. We loved seeing all the different campers and the individuality of the home built campers. I hope to see you all next time.

Thanks,
