Looks like a lot of folk learned a lesson last time about not waiting until the last minute.

When the park was brim full for the last Crossroads gathering there were dozens and dozens of members who were unable to squeeze in at the last minute.

By locking down reservations early we can make this a tearjerkers only gathering this coming summer

(Of course it might not be as much fun without a few civilians to show out trailers off to.)

If your plans do change at the last minute and you are unable to attend all is not lost for there will be someone who will very gladly pay you for your reservation and be happy to do so.

This is a don't miss event so see ya there !

Bob, that's a good point. I had phone calls right up until Thursday (in 2011) asking if there were any sites open. The "Loop A" side filled first but there are still 63 sites in "Loop B". These are still good sites, they are just not as close to the "action" and the Loop "A" sites.

Get your site reserved as soon as you can (even if you are not completely sure). There will be plenty of demand and if you decide not to attend, someone will buy it from you. The new web site makes it easy to change names on the reservation.

I believe it is to the day.
You can type in your info on the reservation page, then count the days backwards (on their calendar) until it shows available.

Alright CRA attendees....lend your eyes...we are thinking about RAFFLING off a teardrop trailer during the event next summer. Initial discussion around a build it yourself kit. What we need input on is this...would you like to see a smaller number of tickets sold..say 60 total, at somewhere near $50 each, or something like 150 tickets total, at $20 each?
Or are we splitting hairs? We want to award the winner during the event, so all tickets would have to be sold before we can do that. We recognize that you will have a camper in tow during the event so either delivery or pick up in Central Indiana after the gathering will be required.

My thoughts would be towords the more tickets at $20 it would give more people a chance in and more would have $20 than $50 while traveling and I'd get 2 chances for $40

I like the lower amount too.
I'd be far more inclined to take a chance for $20 than toss a $50 to the wind...so to speak...

Nice idea, someone will be a very happy camper!
