It is a good thing we are going to arrive a couple days early to work on the snow removal from site 20. I have Jack making room for the snow blower in the back of the truck. :)

I didn't feel like going back and reading from the beginning and not sure if covered, but who is all bringing kidlets along?? I will be bringing Joe(6) and Nicki(4). One of the kids will probally be staying with me each night and wife(Anne) and the other child will be over at jschommer's house and around for the daily festivities.

I got the CNTL2 buttons and name tags that attach to them. They should help a guy like me who has a tough time remembering names. Look me up Friday or they will be avaliable Saturday at breakfast.

It is getting close, is everyone ready!

I'll have the two little ones in tow too Elmo. If Mike Olsen does come (he's not sure right now) he will have a couple of little ones too.

well everyone, alan and i will have to cancel this weekends trip up to see you all. we have too much to do for work that we even haven't had time to get the teardrop out of storage. it will be too stressful to get things ready for something that is suppose be relaxing and fun. i hope you all will have fun without us - i know you will. rick, that means you will have to find someone else to beat at beanbag toss.
i also hope we can get together sometime this summer. i hope our lives will be a little slower then.
looking forward to seeing and hearing about the weekend from all.

snow

Postby dwe » Tue Apr 22, 2008 9:48 pm

We were at the park last night for a walk and most of the snow is gone. Note I did say most. There is enough in the parking lot to cool anything. Maybe build a snowman.

I'll have a water crazy Black Lab along . . . . if I left him behind, I'm sure my wife would "donate him to science" in my absence.

For those who are interested, the most Northern part of the beach is a "dog beach" so bring plenty of towels . . .

Heh, yeah looks like a good one ;)

We'll be there! Just wish we'd gotten the TD done. Not keen on tenting in rain and wind.

Jim,
Are you ready? This will seem like a beach party in the bahamas compared to the Whitewater gathering. Bring the kayaks and swim trunks. I'm leaving bright and early at 6:30 am , so I should be there by 3:00 .

Route66,
Can I get the number from your wife for the science lab, I have a chihuahua they might be interested in. He eats, drinks, and moves about the house......All without a brain. I used to think it was just really really tiny, now after a couple years , I know. He doesn't have one. Poor Leo.
We still manage to love him, I think his heart makes up for the lack of brains.
