How's corn casserole sound to everyone for the potluck? I'll just make it in the crockpot. Or are there special requests?

All the menu choices sound great . . . we'll do a big, homemade macaroni salad.

Yup....thats right at least a couple or 3 homebuilt and 2-3 manufactured I believe. Couple more in the works, and not done for the trip. I think thats close based on the roll call. Please come and enjoy! Visit for the day or camp along by us. Tents, trailers, vans it doesn't matter, you are welcome!

Bill
Take the weekend or a day or just a few hours and drive out to the park. It will be a pretty relaxed affair. There should be a SoCal, Little Guy, maybe a Camp Inn and a Vintage '47 plus a few homebuilt to give you a taste of these fun little campers. Giving the tour just goes with owning a tear drop so you will get a lot of ideas.
I'd like to meet ya,

Looks like we won't be tearless that weekend...My parents will have our teardrop back to us by then.

Does that mean we will be tearful?

We may still be tearless for the Camp-Inn Camp-Outt, however...It may be back to tent camping for that weekend. :o

Sorry folks - been busy as hell!

Carol - I may take you up on the extra help!!!

Meal options sound good. We'll do a meat, a veggie and something for desert.

Got my oral surgery completed. Dentures for now! Funny having a full mouth of teeth! I feel like a piranha!

Everyone starts coming in for the wedding tomorrow, BBQ on Friday, Wedding Saturday and a group breakfast on Sunday.

Busy weekend and we still haven't cleaned house!!!! :worship:

Rick....just get through the weekend, take a deep breath and then call me next week. I'll fire up the power tools and be over with my DIVA toolbelt! Really, I'm willing and able. I will be looking for teardrop trinkets to buy for everyone this weekend at the Tin Can Rally. Maybe I'
ll bring surprises for everyone. My Teardrop's creator will be there and looking forward to being reunited with his creation. How cool that you will have brand new choppers and a brand new smile for your wedding. Try to enjoy the occasion.....Remember the day is all about you and your sweetie. Congratulations!

Hey, Folks,

I have just been reading a thread about Sandman and his new Little Guy:
http://www.tnttt.com/viewtopic.php?t=18755. Thanks, Carol, for the heads-up via PM.

I am going to have a REAL close look at my new Little Guy, but what do I know? I bought a ready built one because I haven't wielded a saw or hammer seriously since 1971!

I am really glad I am coming to this outing. I am hoping that a couple of you can help me know what to look for to make sure I don't have any "issues" like Sandman found.

Thanks!

Chuc

I'm sure we can all offer a critical eye.

I'm so sorry he went through that. I've only ever heard good about LGs.

Chuc
I would think design flaws would be less likely the later the model. I would bet yours is OK but I am not hoping for a hard rain that weekend to test it out  I know Craig is about a smart as they come concerning tear drops so it will be nice to have him and Betsey there in their Camp Inn.

It would be nice if the space behind out sites will allow for a common gathering area/fire pit. Rick do you recall how Merganser Circle lays out?
Anyone aware of any other folks thinking of making it?

It's wooded behind there. If I remember mine or pigcookers was a larger site than the rest so we could all just hangout there.
