Can't wait!!

Postby Luckey » Wed Sep 12, 2007 9:02 pm

The map looks great Scott, thanks for putting it up. I've been trying to remember where everyone is and their names. I think i have it down...maybe. It sounds like it's going to be a great time. the weather is getting there now. 8)

I like the countdown. So what did ya think of the Colts in their opening game? I loved it, it seemed like they picked back up after halftime where they left off last year... THe defense really impressed me. I was looking for Klecko(spelling) the other lineman besides Saturday to score a TD) I'm a lineman at heart, can't forget about the fatboys!!!!! Well better get off of here. Everyone have a goodone :)

Ice cream!!??

Postby Luckey » Sun Sep 16, 2007 10:55 am

Hey guys, how is eveyone. I hope well... We've been thinking about the trip and things that we need to take and we were wondering if anyone would like us to bring our ice cream maker. We haven't used it yet and we got it for christmas. We're going to try it out before just to see how much it makes so we can plan accordingly. It's a crank style so we can make it anywhere. We figured it might go well with scott's cobbler. So let us know what ya'll think.

Sweet, we'll have to try out some different flavors and see what we think! I figured it would go well with the cobbler!

Vanilla goes good with almost anything. But then I'm a vanilla freak.

Still 3 more weeks to go.

Actually, vanilla on waffles sounds good too. I'll bring some fruit and whipped cream for the Belgian waffles.

It's 8:30 am and I have not had breakfast. Then what happens? I open this thread to look at that delicious looking breakfast. Now my stomach is grumbling. But what is this I see? No Waffle House coffee cup?

My guess is that the picture was taken in Madison. Correct?

Jim, that is Madison in August for the Blues fest.

I need to get a Waffle House cup, but I want one from the "Southern" waffle houses. They have more grease on them. I guess you could say that they are "Seasoned" better.

The S&S mug was a gift from a waitress at Steak and Shake. I had one with a chip in the bottom and and asked if I could buy it. She said wait a minute and retured from the kitchen with a new one. "Free of charge".
Therefore it was "aquired" legally, but it was given to me illegally.

That's my story and I'm stickin' to it. :)
