A few of us were talking at CNTL2 about going to wyalusing state park May 16-18th. Anyone is welcome to join in. There are a few sites left on the upper ridge. We have site 105 and I believe Claw has 103. :ilovecamp:

Oh shoot.
That is my finals weekend. My online classes end and it is the last weekend for me to study for inperson classes. I already planned on hanging out with my dad on Saturday. Oh well.
Have fun. :)

Lori, I camped with you at CICO last year, it rained, thats when I decided I needed a canopy. I camped with you at Whitewater, it rained and snowed. I camped with you at CNTL2, it rained and snowed!

I am thinking you might not be bad to have around for a nice cool summer shower in July or August

games

Postby tjx » Fri May 09, 2008 8:28 pm

Betsey,

Our daughter and friend are coming up on Saturday to spend the night and she wanted to know if we could learn the dice game with the dimes. How many dice do I need to hunt up to bring along? I still have my jar of dimes from CNTL2 from which we never had time to play games.

Tina,

I'll bring my game along. It's called "Left, Right, Center" and the dice are made for the game. It requires no skill...pure luck of the roll. You can buy them in lots of different stores, usually by the cash register. I got mine at a Paper Warehouse store. We start with dimes but if people want to up the ante, they can go next to quarters and then to dollars. Dimes are fine by me.

I'm really looking forward to next weekend...time to unwind!

Betsey :)

Looking ahead to this weekend.....

Friday: A slight chance of showers. Mostly cloudy, with a high near 67.

Friday Night: A slight chance of showers. Mostly cloudy, with a low around 45.

Saturday: A slight chance of showers. Mostly cloudy, with a high near 64.

Saturday Night: A chance of showers. Mostly cloudy, with a low around 46.

Sunday: A chance of showers. Mostly cloudy, with a high near 66.

So, I guess what they're saying is that there is a slight chance of showers this weekend.

Betsey:
Standard procedure for me every since I got my trailer is.....
pack to leave in the rain,
drive in the rain,
set up camp in the rain,
enjoy the weekend in the rain,
pack to leave in the rain,
and drive home in the rain,
so why would this trip be any different?
