4 # plus of ground chuck and a pound plus of mild country sausage with the fillers and other goodies. You notice a pan in the dutch oven it is actually a flat bottom collander. I place the loaf in the collander and add 3 balls of foil underneath to keep the loaf out of the draining meat grease.

Damn it's lunch time and I just made myself hungry ! :picnic:

I still don't have a clue what I'm making

I was looking at the calendar during lunch and just realized we only have one weekend left between now and the gathering, I'm so ready :dancing

Just about in that 10 day window to start watching the dreaded weather

One big question!!...

Are you bringing "the little Boss" with you? It might be a little early but I'll bet you've thought about it. :)

 Hmmm what to make guess I better pull out the DO cook book and do some real thinking.

Less than 2 weeks gonna give the camper a fresh coat of paint this weekend and anything else not done can wait, heck it's waited 4 years now so we know I'm in no hurry.

Our numbers have gone down a little don't let the rain scare you it's gonna be gone by then and it'll be a perfect weekend for camping. But aren't all weekends good weekends to get together

Still some sites left :D

Scott, site #225 is open. I had to cancel my reservation so I didn't lose more than $10.

Someone can reserve it for their own. Dale Gilbert was talking about it but I'm not sure if something came up..

Hope someone can snatch it up.

It's reserved (now) for Friday and Saturday nights.

I had it for Wed-Sat nights. Looks like my cancellation went thru and someone (Dale, I hope) got it for Friday and Saturday.

I haven't got a clue about what I'm going to make. I need to figure out something now that Scott has taken over the weather duties and assured us of a good rain free weekend. 8)

There you go :applause:

We've had chances all week and I've only seen a few drops really. I'm headed out in the wonderful sun a heat to paint the camper and spruce it up a bit.

The Deepest spot in Lake Superior, the largest of the Great Lakes is 1,333 feet or about 222 fathoms. This profound depth could easily contain the entire 1,250' Empire State Building, even with a 50-foot-tall King Kong perched atop.
