Anyone know of any in or around Indy? My google search is only coming up with Elkhart.

While it is mostly auto and truck they do take in all types of trailers as well.

Icke's rv surplus in Montpelier, Indiana. Not in Indy, but not all that far....about an hour drive north on I69. Tons (literally) of doors, windows, axles, hardware, electrics, etc. What are you looking for? I've been up there twice in the last month and can probably tell you if they have it.

Windows. These are rough measurements but I need 4 - 11"x18", 1 - 11" x 32" and 1 - 14" x 36".

I would like crank-outs but sliders would work.

They have countless windows, but most are larger sized....prob bigger than what you are looking for. I was on the hunt for small windows as well and ended up ordering them online. The guy at icke's told me that he has a hard time finding smaller windows in surplus and people are always asking for them. You might call them and ask to make sure though....never know.

You have probably already found this place but they have a ton of windows. If you go there, you can walk through and pick what you want. My windows came from there. the place is Bontragers Surplus inc. in White Pigeon, Mi. They are just north of the Michigan/Indiana state line and they do have an eBay store that you can check out.

You guys up north (midwest) are lucky...lots of RV Mfg's and surplus parts. If I can find something similar here, say a used window, people want as much for it as if it were new and made of gold. I quit looking locally. And if I were to buy over the web, then the shipping is often as high as the part itself. But at least our summers are mild....

I'll probably be going to Icke's on Saturday morning. My parents live about 15-20 minutes away from there.

Any idea if they have aluminum edge trim for the roof? I prefer the stuff that doesn't require an insert.

I don't recall the types of edging that they have.....wasn't really looking for that at the time. I'm sure theyll have what you are looking for though.

Btw, where do your parents live? I grew up in Hartford City.

Ickes does have some aluminum trim. Mostly insert trim, white, new, some algae from sitting outside. I have also bought some black edge trim, exposed screws. All in 16 ft lengths. $8 a stick if I remember right. No bare aluminum trim, but I have both stripped the paint and also re-painted in aluminum color. I have spent several hours sorting thru windows there.
Darn cool Beeline you have.

Thanks Dan,

I was practically done with the Beeline and putting the skins on and realized I messed up the walls. The skins didn't fit. So I got another cheap trailer frame modded it and I'm going to put that shell on the "new" frame. I'll start the rebuild again on the Beeline this Fall or Winter. In the meantime I'll pretty much have a clone of the beeline with odd measurements skinned in KemLite.
