I just discovered some bad news (for me).

I won't be able to attend the May gathering at Shakamak due to a prior commitment that I made for those dates.

I wondered why I originally scheduled the gathering for the week later (memorial day weekend).

Turns out that I will be in a wedding in Charleston, SC the week of May 16-19.

I hate it when that happens but it was a commitment that I just can't get away from.

Site #121 is now available if anyone would like it. Let me know within the next week or so so we can make arrangements for someone else to take it.

I'll stay on top of the "run up" to the gathering but I won't be able to see all of your smiling faces in May after all.

Well guys it's been a long time since I have been on here.....took me a min to figure out my password! I am glad to see that everyone is gearing up for the spring gathering and even more excited to see all the talk about the CRA. I just wanted to get on here and let y'all know that the Luckey family will be camping in site 122 for the spring. Haven't decided about the CRA yet, we know we wil be there just a matter of which site. Well I better get going, can't wait to see everyone again..it's been way too long! And you guys are going to be surprised how big Jaxon is getting, he is defiantly going to take after his daddy!

I made reservations and forgot to tell you guys. Cindi & I are in site 29 and Annie & Jeff are in site 30. Thought you might want to know who the mysterious people were that reserved those two sites.

Verna, If we catch enough to eat, I'll fillet them and we can bread and deep fry them. Combine that with an "old Milwuakee beer" and the Swedish bikini team and there is Nothing better.(for me)

Remind me to get a fillet knife and some Old Milwaukee before the gathering.
