2014 Shivaree

Would love to have company, Scott! There are several big rigs, but I'm (not surprisingly) the smallest! Restroom is NOT open at present, but will be tomorrow. On-line registration also starts tomorrow.

I am in site 70, on the north outer edge not too far from pit toilet. Everything on the south side is flooded (or at least super wet).

Rangers were thrilled to know there were more teardrops coming! One of them is working on final plans to build his own & has most of the parts - "just need to take the time to get it together." I invited him to join us. Don't know if he will.

Sorry won't be able to get there tonight just couldn't get everything done that I had to so I plan on heading out of here before noon tomorrow, Can't wait

Didn't miss much by not getting here. Just 45 mph wind gusts trying to tear my PahaQue up, and me getting it corralled and struck before that could happen! And the windchill was below freezing. A very good day to get some quality time inside!

Four of us here so far, it is a beautiful sunny day for camping. Kind of hard to call it a shiveree.

Good weekend sure is nice to camp and see everyone, but I'll have to say this is the first Shiveree that I managed to burn the top of my head
