Dr Crash, there will either be a Ranger who will come around and collect the money for the site, or you can put the money in an envelope at the gate house. Normally the winter rates are just a bit over $11 / night. (They don't take reservations for just one night.)

My old boss almost didn't care if we even asked, as long as the work was done and support was available if something broke. But once we put a request in, and it's approved there's no way to cancel the request....so waiting until the last minute is really the only option. I just love SAP!

I'm sure the good ol days are a thing of the past...I never took time I wasn't entitled too, that wasn't an issue. But I'm sure whoever we get will be more strict on policy that what we had.

Well the forcasted 60's had me out of the shivaree mood.

However it's almost spring in Indiana and today we have a beautiful little snow squall.

What more could a die hard Hoosier winter camper ask for....... :snowstorm:

Scott, I have been carrying around a meat ball maker I scored from Goodwill almost a year and a half ago. When we camp together I forget it and when I remember it you are not at that gathering. Please , please, please ask me for the damn thing it has been running across the dash of my truck so long there are grooves in the vinyl

Postby Nitroxjunkie71 » Fri Mar 28, 2014 6:05 pm

Scott,

I could bring my turkey fryer w/ peanut oil. It has a deep frying basket.

Weathers looking pretty good for next weekend :D
So Jeff are you bringing the big tent? I have a new double head propane heater I'm planning on bringing and if not I'll probably bring the easy up no side but nothing a tarp won't fix.

So how many do we have considering coming?

Party Tent?

Postby Nitroxjunkie71 » Sat Mar 29, 2014 8:04 pm

Scott,
I can bring the party tent if you think it will be necessary. It's still ready to go and would be no problem to bring. We can see what you think later but it will be dipping to Minnesota highs at night so heaters and party tent may just be in order...
8)
I'll be there!!!
I was going to bring the bike but winter projects are still not yet complete...

HEY ! On a very serious note Billy and Maria Kellum from Kokomo Imagehad a very serious house fire. The 50 MPH plus winds dropped a tree onto their electrical service entrance and shorted the wiring direct to ground and started the fire. Maria was home asleep but somehow awoke as it happened and was able to get the fire department there in time. The fire chief said 5 more minutes would have been a far different outlook.
