I'm so ready for camping, I have powr again to the inside of the camperthe new wall is almost finished between the galley and the cabin. Heck with a fresh roll of Duct tape I'll be ready by Friday  You'd think once in 8 years I'd not be working on the camper the same week as the gathering

Really I need to be ready by Thursday because We're going to Conner Prairie Friday with the boy's 4th grade class.

If there aren't any objections, she would like to do the same at the Spring get-together. She will put a display at our campsite, no pressure, no hard sell. Monetary donations for books would also be welcomed.
The folks at St Jude were very excited to get their books.
Thanks,
Joe Hanson

I don't see any problem. Some people will want to be able to contribute to a very positive charity like St. Judes. No guarantees on the sales or the interest but it certainly is for a worthy cause.

No need to hurry, it's only three or four days away. As long as the Duct tape is still sticky, your right on schedule.

The current weekend forecast doesn't look too good, but I know, that somehow, the weather always seems to cooperate with the spring camping trip. I can hike in the rain, I've done it before. :)

Joe,

Been raining here off and on for several days, but the showers are brief and it dries up nice enough.
The rain is making the waterfalls run...and most of the tourists stay home... The woods are nice when it is quiet.

Speaking of supporting good causes. My son, Preston, will have heavy duty trash bags (1.3-2 mil) for sale to support our Trail Life USA troop and their summer adventure trip to Disney. See me if you want to buy some (very low key-they will be kept put up). The bags range from 15 gal Kitchen Bags to 55 gal oversized bags and have 16-65 bags per roll. They are $12 a roll.
If this is not an ok thing to do, please let me know and we will leave them home.

What time will trailers start rolling into Turkey Run on Friday afternoon?
Saturday is already full for us with other things, but if we could talk to some people on friday and get some photos we could run the story on Saturday when everyone is still around.
Thanks,
Bob

I'm sharing the camper with 2 teen year Olds probably won't need one. I'll probably bring my propane heater though.
