The timing of our gathering events - 6:30 for Friday night's Meet and Greet let most people attending to get to the park and get set up. What every you make will be fine. :wine:

Saturday Breakfast at 9 let some sleep late and others had enough time to set up the more complicated meals.

Saturday nights Eveming Meal at 6 was early enough but gave enough time for people to explore the area.

Sign up for either Breakfast or Evening Meal - but not both. We will follow LOL's example for food. Just make alittle more than you would normally make. This will give everyone more of an opportunity to enjoy Saturday.

No one will complain if you are really into cooking and want to do both.

Bob and I will bring some kind of dessert for the Saturday evening meal. Something prepackaged like we did last year (the apple pies). Though Bob and I both love to cook/bake, we will have those two hairy border collies with us, so we'll buy and bring something yummy.
