By all means come by and take a look Craig. Tom , we can help with your setup and take down if you need it. It's very important to keep your streak going. Good luck with the knee replacement.

Craig, I can rarely remember a "Cooler" in which we did not have two or three future teardroppers visit our gathering. You of course are welcome. You are also welcome to partake in our normal activities. Thursday is Cooks Night Out, Friday is our evening Meet and Greet, Saturday morning half of us make breakfast and in the evening the other half make supper. We like eating and Dutch oven cooking. More information will be posted as we get closer to the event.

Tom take care of yourself and Finn says Hi to Henry.

Six sites on our area of the campground have now been taken. Others are obviously starting to think about warm weather and camping. Sites 4 and 20 are immediately next to our group and have now been reserved. Tearjerkers?

Craig, you are welcome to come up just don't be like I was the first time all shy and all. Ask questions and learn about these little campers. It will help you in your decision . This year will be my first year going full teardrop owner/builder and I had a blast building my own so it was exactly like I wanted it.
Tom good luck on your surgery, if you need any help with set up take down just ask

Glad to see the welcome for newbies and wannabes.

I too am planning to visit on Saturday. It also happens to be my 60th birthday that day.
Looking forward to meeting all of you.

So far I only have my teardrop profile pattern cut out. I've also purchased the trailer chassis last fall.
Then the weather got cold. I do not have a heated shop. So the project is on a cold weather hold for now.

Looking forward to seeing all your completed campers. I'm sure it will inspire me to get back at it.

Hi Gary,

Don't know if you're still looking for a Thursday dinner spot but for what it's worth, Tim and I ate lunch at the 8th Street Ale Haus:

http://8thstreetalehaus.com/

It was a nice-looking spot and I think they could accommodate a group OK. Sandwiches start at $10, burgers start at $12, entrees start at $14. A little pricey? But from what we can remember, the food was pretty good - of course it was the 30 beers on tap that got us there.

I'm not sure if it's in the best neighborhood? But it seemed OK - street paring as far as I remember.

Cheri and I are going up in March to spend a little time with my brother who lives in the area. We will check this place out and maybe a couple of other places. Thanks for thinking about this.

As far as the 8th st ale haus, it is a good place. We have not been there in quite a while but it was ok but a little pricey. They could accommodate our group. We can make reservations if we have a close count.

Cheryl and I will be in site 34 arriving Wed April 27 leaving Sunday May 1st.

Dennis,

What do you know about the Bull Golf Course?

http://www.golfthebull.com/?page_id=25

My brother up in Sheboygan was recommending this as a good place for a gathering of our size and Thursday nights have been Italian pasta nights which a lot of people seem to enjoy. What do you and Cheryl think?

Looking forward to hearing this year's adventures in Mega Tear.

The Bull is a great place but again, a little pricey, but, everything we ever got there was excellent. Lets get an approximate count and make reservations. I just called them and Thursday is pasta night. They have a pasta bar and all you care to eat is $12.95. also 1/2 price pizzas. Here is a link to the web site http://www.golfthebull.com/?page_id=398. They would like an approximate count about 3 weeks in advance.

Dennis,

We currently have 11 trailers listed as being at Cooler on Thursday. I am guessing that we will still get a trailer or two before the event that will also be there on Thursday. Assuming that most trailers have two people with them I would guess 25 will be going out to eat at this time. Last year we had about 30 people go out eat on Cooks Night Out and we were a total of 22-25 trailers at the event.

CAMPERS; We are assuming that if you are listed as attending Cooler on Thursday that you probably want to go out to eat. If not please let us know. Also if you do not have days listed behind your name and will be there Thursday please let us know.

I will be in Sheboygan to look at a couple of choices within the next few weeks. If you don't like Italian or hamburgers also voice your opinion.
