In memory of Doug Hodder

Attention Facebook and camping forum friends: Some of you know a man named Doug Hodder (from California). He was famous for his very extensive collection of "Coleman" lanterns. Doug was a collector for many years and was "hooked" on the Coleman camping equipment.
I just got word that Doug has passed away last month. The (Teardrop) and camping California community is hosting a camping event and doing a "lantern light up" to honor Doug.
We can do our part to honor a fellow camper and Coleman collector by having our own "lighting" and contribute by posting pic of your lanterns on Facebook.
The "Lighting" event will be on April 27, 2018. (after dark)

Please mark your calendars for April 27 and show your respect for Doug Hodder and all of his contributions to the small trailer and camping community.
Doug will be missed by many people.

Please contact me (or Dan Sutton) with any questions.

Don't forget about the "memorial" Lantern lighting tomorrow night. Post pictures on the forums and/or on Facebook.

Thanks.

Post pictures to the "Hoosier Tearjerker's" Facebook page.

and on the forum.

I was a friend of Doug Hodder's many years ago and just learned that he passed away in early 2018. I had not spoken with him for probably 8-10 years before that, and I only just discovered he passed when I tried to contact him a few weeks ago.

I'd like to contact whoever is most appropriate outside this forum to talk about a (belated) memorial. Kurt, or Dan, would you be willing to share your email address so that I can contact you?
