Kansas - Crawford State Park 2010 - Sept 24-26

Crawford here we come! September is a busy month. I tried to juggle all the activities, ( but I don't know how to juggle, so a few things hit the ground,) that opened up a spot for Crawford. See everyone in a few weeks.

Darren, Dennis and I will be there on Thurs Evening after work...just let me know how much more money you'll need.......We want to get our big rig out of the way and leave as much room for the Tears as we can...will try to get over to the far side next to the woods at the last site over there and allow enough room for another......Queenie Jeanne and Dennis

We may not be able to get into the group site on Thursday unless we rent it but we are going to try. If we can't we'll just pick a different part of the park for that night and move on Friday morning.

If we get enough people I'll reserve the site for Thursday also, I'd say at least 5, that would be $20 each just for Thursday. If we only have a few coming and the park gives us the OK they'll charge us normal rates to stay there.

I'll call the park as time closer about this and we see how many are coming early.

Firewood isn't available at the park and the people I've talked to didn't know where to get wood from. If everyone can bring a couple of bundles we should be in good shape for the weekend.

I've found nothing on the State Park site against bringing in wood from out of state so we should be alright.
