You would think that at my age I would know to carry a spare tire. Had to wait for my son to bring me one from Wichita. 4-hours later we are on the road. The transmission started acting funny. We made to a half block from home & it gave-up. Managed to coast into the driveway where it still sets with a big puddle under it. At lest we made it & had lots of fun.

WOW !!! Glad you made it and it was good to see ya again!

Vernon, any of the free hosting places are good. I use photobucket because it is easy and they have a bulk uploader. The program will size for you and you can make videos.

Thanks guys for the pictures. They are awesome.

Just wanted to say "Thank You" to everyone for letting us poke around their campers. We had a great time "even with the long drive". I have too many ideas in my head and its hard to limit them. Any way hope to see you all in the spring with one of our own.

Terry
Ps: Funny note; our son Tristen was in whine mode when we got there. But when he met up Kevin he was hooked on this camping stuff!!!! We had to drag him to get him to leave!!! :)

Terry ... nice to meet you and your family, we all know how it is when you have TOO many ideas ... Kevin is a cool kid, Vernon ... I can see how he will definitely have fun with Morgan and Tyler L. and others.

I just wanted to say thanks for even making me feel special-- The wife of a "tearjerker"! You all knew who CJ flyer was but you didnt know me and still made me feel right at home. I think I can totally get into this camping stuff. Thanks to Donna and Nathan for mentoring me.

You know how we kept joking about how heavy our camper was and how we brought the old car so we could break it if anything was going to break?-----Well---- you guessed it the transmission went out on ol bessie the Park Avenue today ughhh. I have a suburban in my driveway--test driving it overnight you think that will pull our Tear?? Tomorrow I might try a Ford Truck. It was pretty funny in a weird sort of way. Anyway thanks to you all I have very precious memories!!!( now this is my first time posting and I dont know what I am doing so lets see if this works right) Much care- Sue (Chads wife) ;)
