Missouri - Show-Me Spring Break - April 15-17, 2011

Colorado, Kansas, Missouri, Iowa, Minnesota, North Dakota, South Dakota, Nebraska, Wyoming & Montana, also Rocky Mountain and Heart of America Chapters of Tearjerkers

I had a couple folks mention an award for camping in 5 different Missouri campgrounds. I found this on the Missouri State Parks web site:

Camper Award Program
Camp in five state parks during one year, not violating any park rules and regulations, to receive a certificate and patch. Each person in your group or family will receive them. You must have camper verification cards, which are available at all state parks and historic sites, that must be verified by staff at each place you camp.


Just another reason to come camp with us. :)

Big thanks to Nathan for organizing this and collecting all the information. If you haven't checked back to Nathans first post he has added lots of information about the park and surrounding area. Great write up. :thumbsup:

I've gone as far as Knob Noster that one year , looks about the same distance. I'll be ready for a vacation again by then.

No need to put me on the list yet though ... Might organize another April campout down towards S.W. Oklahoma or something ...
Some things are way over my head !! ...but it keeps me looking UP!
