I pull out at 5 every year in the moring on Friday and normaly head to lander and south pass.then run to farson and to pinedale and get to new forks at around 10 or 11 am...on the way home I stop in farson for worlds, awsome ice cream cone.even stopped there last winter for ice cream hauling hay out of boulder...slow..

I have returned home from Walk the Winds and subsequent travels to Granite Falls (near Hoback Junction) and then back east through the Snowy Range. It was
a great time, had fun meeting you all, kayaking in North Fork Lake and at the Green River Lake, eating DO biscuits and lots of other yummy dishes, sitting and
chatting with those in attendance and their four legged friends and enjoying the evening fires. Thank you to Sagebrush and Slow for organizing this. I hope all made it home safely. I will try to
upload some photos soon. Hugs all around the circle. Laura

We made it home late Wednesday. Somehow we missed the New Mexico sign.

Laura,

I saw this jewel, and instantly realized I had brain farted. The kayak's name is Arwen. The jewel is to remind me she's on top, and to avoid low spots. Or the garage.
