Every day in July, except July 18-20, is available for the group campground. The weekend of July 12-14 is still available. It would be one week before Crossroads of America 2019 scheduled on July 18-21 in Spencer, Indiana.

What are slowcowboy's thoughts?

Brad/capnTelescope initially favored reserving the group campground for Thursday, Friday and Saturday, July 11.12.& 13, 2019.

If Friday, Saturday and Sunday, July 12, 13, & 14, are reserved instead that takes up one travel day for people who may want to go to the Crossroads of America (CRA) gathering in Illinois the next weekend.

According to Google Maps CRA is about a 1428 - 1489 mile drive from New Fork Lake

There are 15 free camp sites adjacent to the New Fork Lake Group Campground that could be used by people who want to arrive early or stay later.

All righty, then! I touched base with Slow, and he's okay with all this.

:P We are now reserved at the New Fork Lake Group Campground from 2:00 PM, Thursday, July 11, 2019, thru 1:00 PM, Sun, Jul 14, 2019. If you get there before me and someone asks, it's Order Number 0176817118. :P

So don't just sit there, start making plans! Hoping to meet a whole bunch of you there this summer.

Make a note of this: Since I'm on your way, you could stop by and we could convoy from here! :D

I had lunch today with a friend who lives at Tech Ridge. She was >>><<< close to going last year. She's itching to take her tear also.

Obviously, it's finally my year to make it. Looks like we might have a convoy coming up from Texas!

I tried to entice two others from Texas last year. MY daughter and I still had a great time.

Slow,

To spread the word about Walk The Winds 2019 you also could post it to the Tearjerkers forum and send them information to include WTW2019 in their Gathering Calendar. You could also post it to teardroptrailers.org for their next TOW Line newsletters.

Hi All, I'm not sure I can make it this year - will have (get?) to be on the east coast for work and some vacation. I do have a number of great photos on my phone of WTW 2018 if someone
would direct me how to download them here...I surely would do that. Happy New Year to my buddies from WTW. Laura

From a PC its pretty straightforward, but a multi-step process. From a phone, I've never done that.
