Since the weather reports are not changing, Dave and Cindy have agreed to moving the party to a more hospitable climate, such as climate control!! My place is too just small for 20 people indoors. I am also having issues with getting the extra power outlets installed so it's just not in the cards for NYE. You may already know where they live, in Ennis, but I will let them post their address is they want.

I'll start cleaning the house! Just got a load of oak firewood. Come on!

Got back in town, did a big photoshoot today, and got texts I couldn't reply to on the job.

So, Camp 2-Bits will be closed for NYE. The new gathering place is Dave's and Cindy's. I'm guessing that there will be no shooting range next to the hot tub.

I'm still in, depending on the "weather," and "whether" I can drive home on NYD, if I need to. This is one of my busy seasons, and one of my customers warned me today that the next two weeks may be nuts.

So, count me in unless work says otherwise.

Louisa and I will be there at Cindy's house.
We will bring a couple of pies maybe pumpkin pie apple pie.
We also have a couple of Summer Sausages, and chips and dip.
We will NOT stay over night.

What time does every start?

We have a guest room and trailer bed as well as a couch and space for a blow up bed or two. I will put a hashbrown casserole on for breakfast if anybody stays.
Bring an airgun or rubberband gun or stop by the dollar store for a pop gun for shooting practice.
I have several new games - pass the pickle is a sure hit!
I am making a hot punch bowl (not kid friendly), meatballs and we have BBQ already smoked.

First time NOT celebrating NYE with ole friends - you guys have a good time - and we'll see ya' on our next trip down!

Well, shoot. Can't shoot. I'm going to pass. Plenty to do here. Y'all have a good time and see you in 2015.

We have a couple of air soft guns we will bring, since I don't think that your neighbors would like us shooting our ar's. lol

I have my stuff ready to go. I'll see if I have any CO2 cartridges and some plastic pellets for the "shooting range."

It is sleeting at my house right now. I'm about to go to bed. Lets hope this isn't an omen for tomorrow. I didn't expect any sleet tonight.

Happy New Year!!!

Glad y'all had a good time, your den looks nice! I didn't end up going over to my other buddy's after all. I got off work late and was just in information overload. The wind was still so I did light a fire and sit by it for a while but went to bed early. Good call to move the location though since it started raining last night and hasn't quit yet! Looks like the weather report says it will be nice temps again by mid next week. See ya next time.
