The SB is hooked up to the truck. The camping stuff has been moved from the storage shed to the garage. I'll load it in the morning. As soon as Linda gets back from the doctor we'll head out. I'm guessing it will be around 11:00.

I need CD, Mark, and Thomas to punch a hole in the rain so I can get through.

Pretty much all packed up, will hook up in the am after we drop the dogs off. Heck, I had to finish my galley hinge rain diverters tonight and install the last piece of weather seal on the hatch. Guess we are ready - just don't look too close folks!

Should pull out of SW Ft Worth by 9:30 or so.

See ya there!

We are packed and mostly loaded. Gotta load the cold stuff in the morning. Our plan is to eat breakfast, finish loading, then hit the road. We have that long 30 minute drive ahead of us... 8) :R Hope to make have camp set up and be relaxing before lunch and the impending rain. :worship: Can't wait to see everyone! Safe travels!

Pulled in at 11:30 wed nite. Everyone has already gone to beddy-bye.
Still graced with two eyes and ten fingers (due in no small part to luck!).

OK wasting time here, can't leave till 9am in order to miss morning commuter traffic and even though I'd clike to just drive straight through we'll be stopping overnight at Village Creek State Park in Texas Northeast of Houston and get back on the road early tomorrow to join the fun and hopefully not wet fun outside of water balloons lol

Hey CAJUN LADY, rockinrobin has already made it in - he came in early in the week. SO, I still haven't seen him bring in that teardrop behind his plane.

Since we had a few late arrivals last night and everyone was trying to find the gate code I thought I would post it for anyone else who will need it. The current code is 2493.

Kristi and others,

I suggest leaving kayaks/conoes at home--I'm not taking mine off the truck. There is water, but the trails thru the muck look like a lot of work. Still lots of salvinia and grass. There might be more open areas out in the main body, but I couldn't spot any large open water from the campsites or the boat ramp.

Maybe next year . . .

I'll be there by lunch. Was planning to leave by 7am but.......
Got home from buying groceries and beverages to find out our lil mama dog with 2 puppies convinced them to leave the kennel and move under a building.
Got the little girls out quick, have them in the house, bathed and they were running wild (5weeks old) They are now eating canned food and Charles will be at deer lease all weekend so that means I'll be bringing the puppies camping. :?
Was hoping to get them sold before I left but that hasn't happened.
Charles cooked twice today so every dish I own was dirty.
finally got kitchen clean and now it's time to mix up 3 banana puddings.
Will hook up in the am, figure out a pen for puppies to bring then get on the road.

hope everyone has a safe trip
see ya tomorrow

Hey Cashcow, the ranger said to keep it simple just check in under site 28 like you are registered instead of the 32 that we switched for. I am in 28, and you are still in 32 there will just be an extra charge if we try to make it official in the computer lol...
