Hey, y'all! Rhonda here, from just north of Nashville. New to this forum, fairly new to the Little Guy forum where I followed a link here. LCG IX sounds too good to pass up. Hubs and I are expecting our new 2015 T@G baby to be delivered mid July so we will be heading to campsite #44 Oct 23rd! We wanted to get close to the PARTY SITE!! See you in October! Pat and Rhonda, Clarksville, TN :D ps...Little help, please-how do I make the photo I uploaded into my gallery album my profile pic? Thanks...

Welcome Rhonda,

Y'all will love LCG. We look forward to meeting you.

To your question about adding a profile pic, here's what you need to do. (You'll be able to run a forum once you figure this out.) First, you'll need to convert your picture to the following size: max width: 151 pixels; max height: 201 pixels; max file size: 244.14 KB. Once you do that, you can save it on your computer or save it in the gallery. To me it is easier to save it on your computer. In the upper left hand corner of the forum, below "Board index", click on "User Control Panel". Select the "Profile" tab, and then select the "Edit Avatar" tab. You'll see the upload options at that time. If you saved the image on your computer, look to the right of the "Upload image from your machine" text and select "browse". Then find your image on your computer, select it and hit submit.

Take care,
Tom

I am a bass player (professional at one time) but the only songs I know are songs that I wrote during my 15 years in a heavy metal band and that's not exactly campfire strumming material  . It is on my list to learn some of the classics and write some of my own folk material since that is more my style these days anyway but I just haven't gotten around to it yet.

I am glad to see the excitement ramping up! Looks like alot of new faces this year. No ones a newbie around us, the group photo and pot luck at the party site on Saturday is @ 6pm (we won't hunt you down so you snooze, you lose (I snoozed through a photo once)! Otherwise, just hang out and wander!

Heavy metal band? I played in a few and played bass for one of them... This year could be interesting...

I know he doesn't advertise it but I've heard Gregg (apprazr56) knock out some amazing Led Zeppelin and other classics from that era on an acoustic guitar.

This might shine a bit-o-light on problems with reserve America. ( stick with me) Just got an e-mail from them, wanting me to straighten out my info. The company wouldn't take my info on line. So I called. I called Louisiana because this was where I had tried to use Reserve America. The operator said " You may have to wait a while and re-enter your info, as of Tuesday the 1st of July, Louisiana has just started using Reserve America, again." So, maybe that was why some of us had trouble with them on this. Coyote

I got an e-mail last week from Reserve America 'welcoming me back'?? I went to the website & entered all my info. The web page had all my previous reservations for Lake Bistineau SP (since 2008) but nothing for this year (I reserved site # 24 for Oct 25 & 25, 2014 in April, thru the LA State Parks website, & received e-mail confirmation). I sent a query to Reserve America via their website but have not heard anything back yet. Guess I'll hafta check the web page again after the weekend...
