You know I would give you a pass Tom, just because you are an Aggie. But longhair, hippie types like Thomas would have to have all their vehicles torn apart and searched.

Just kidding Thomas

Campable does not mean done. If you wait for your TD to be "done,"you will never camp in it.

You aggies. :Oh Brother:

Hehe you ain't lyin! I don't know what it was, but I got ran out of Irving. Lived there for a year and no lie, I got pulled over once a week. After a while if I even SAW a cop, I would just pull over, sure enough they would whip around and turn on the lights and give me the treatment. You will never see me in Irving now LOL... I got a ticket here and there for speeding or a sticker being out, but it became kinda of a joke after a while. Once there was an officer already in the process of pulling a guy over already... had his lights on and was pulling him over for speeding... well he decides that he liked me better and slows down and moves over to pull me over instead! He let a speeder go to give me a ticket for an inspection sticker. I've save the other stories for a campfire session :)

Might have been my car, but STILL... You're good people tho Mark, that was years and years ago :) and honestly I really DID have long hair back then, played in a rock band and drove a hot rod, I fit the profile and profiling DOES happen and it is a GOOD thing because even though I wasn't a troublemaker or into drugs or anything, most of the people who were in my scene did. Profiling is there for a reason, so anyone that complains about it really is just not wanting to get caught at what they are doing wrong, but.....

Man wouldn't my old Monte look good pulling my teardrop! !!

Hmmm Tom, If it were me going by your list, I would prioritize...

1. Doors. you gotta have doors and they are the most complicated.
2. Lights. They are easy and you could even rig up temp lights for a gathering
3. AC. This is obviously important especially since it looks to be a long summer but with the petcool, you might be able to just sit it outside on the ground and run a cool air duct in and be done with it.

You can rig it for a weekend and then do it right in the couple months after! Not trying to press you, just food for thought. You have full months so it is possible as long as time is kind to you!

(Note fenders were not even on the list LOLOLOLOLOLOLOL)

Hey Tom,

Take all the time you need it’s only been 18 months. Just tell anyone that asks, that you are an aggie and not too good with tools, I'm sure they will understand. At Joe Poole, we can pick out a girlie name for you if you'd like or maybe an indian name "he-who-builds"! Or, you could man-up and realize you have a deadline and know you will have it campable by then. We have all seen your talent and skill in your pictures and know that you can do it "believe in yourself man" "believeâ€
Don't just dream about it!
Wake up and make it happen...
