Hey, well, the lender didn't need a survey, but the title company did so we have to do one in the end anyway so they had to push closing back to this Friday

I will be glad when I can start working on getting the utilities set up and can come as go as I please!

Hehe well this is pretty rural and no one is ever there so I actually do go out there and just walk around sometimes, but it will be cool when I can clear the stack of brush that is blocking the driveway from lookeeloos and actually drive instead of walk down into it, and then begin installing the fence/gate, etc etc etc LOL

I guess it is working OK because once I close, the payments begin, and I am not ready to move yet! I will have some overlap, but everything is falling into place perfectly so far.

Hope to see you guys out sometimes Scott!!

Deal cratered again, but looking toward the future, I won't post on it again until AFTER the deal is done. I never expected this much hooplah!

Awww, Dang!

But, then again, maybe somebody upstairs is looking out for you and has a better plan. I guess, if it's meant to be, it'll be.
