Caprock Canyons June 24th-26th

I asked caseydog to add this gathering to the 2011 list of gatherings and he suggested that I start a new thread...so here it is!
Katy and I and Cashcow have made reservations for the Honey Flat area. There are both 30 and 50 amp sites available. I spoke with the park officials who said that they aren't able to make reservations for specifice sites. However, they did say that since we had a group, they would try to get us all together when we showed up.
I thought it would be good to get a list of attendees. PM if you would like me to add your name to the list!

So, did we decide...is this one taking the place of Palo Duro? Or is it in addition to?

Tentatively....count me in. I have that weekend off, but I want to see if I can move a vacation day or two around to have a little more travel time.

aparently the weather has been horrendous the past couple of years at palo duro. In speaking with several people, we thought it would be best to change it.

Yep, we were there one year when the weather was bad so we know all too well what thats like.
Looks like you are going to have a good turnout .... fingers crossed for good weather .
