:( Well folks! Same song - different verse.

We are not going to be able to camp next weekend. I'll be happy to donate our space to anyone that would like it. Perhaps one of the recent new posters from the DFW area would be interested.

There's a chance that we may be able to swing by and say hello Saturday afternoon.

Take care,
Tom

Yes, We will be there the weekend of the 9,10, & 11th.
Sorry if my last post was a little confusing.

So looking forward to this weekend!!

My wife ordered me an awning from Marti for my bday, received it Saturday morning.

Got it all mounted this afternoon and it sure does look sweet.

Would make a great sail today...

Bring on the Baked Beans!!

Postby Mikol » Mon Sep 05, 2011 2:29 pm

All,

We will bring a pot of baked beans to set in the corner of the grill.

Also a heads of lettuce, couple sliced up tomato and onions and a jar of hamburger pickles.

Please let me know if we need to bring charcoal or any other type item along those lines.

Got the Little Swiss Teardrop out of summer storage today and gave it a good bath. Cleaned the garage and got the camping equipment out of the attic.
It's camping weather!

I was wondering why the water balloon was getting bigger... and then it hit me.

It looks like the weather will be reasonably good. I will bring misters anyway, because I have them.

Thomas, bring whatever food you want. We will cook it, and it will be eaten.

I plan to bring the 18 inch Weber to cook hot dogs for lunch on Saturday. Chips and other sides appreciated.

Teddy, the psycho poodle may be there, if the temperatures are reasonable. We are test camping tonight to see how he does in the TD. So far, he is doing fine. I am posting from the TD in my backyard on the iPad. He is laying by my feet.

I'll plan on the chicken because you get more bang for your buck that way, and I think more people like it.

As long as Teddy isn't a yapper he is more than welcome, otherwise we'll be having DOG for dinner!

(OK maybe not that last part...)
