How far??????

Postby mechmagcn » Fri Feb 04, 2011 9:25 am

It's snowing again in south Arkansas :( Third time this winter. Just how far south would I have to go until I would need only shorts and T-shirts? Baja coast of Mexico is looking pretty good right about now. ;)

Well, since I have had to shovel my driveway TWICE in one week, you will have to go much further south than Dallas

I was wondering why the water balloon was getting bigger... and then it hit me.

It's warm here. Temps in the lower 80s during the day and upper 60s overnight. Unfortunately I'm boarding an airplane in 5 hours to fly back to Houston. How do I post a picture so I can send some warm sunshine?

Roads in Corpus were iced over til about 8am, so look farther south (although this is a pretty rare occurrence).
Still graced with two eyes and ten fingers (due in no small part to luck!).

Just when you think a problem is solved, an uglier result replaces it.

Wow! I'm sure you don't see ice often unless it's in your drink. Still think the gulf side of Baja down towards the tip would be a nice place to be.

About an inch or so here in Little Rock, but heard places in south AR have 6+ inches. Todd Y. on KATV is predicting up to 9 inches for next Wednesday, but says the weather models could change.

I can still get to the airport, so Mexico is looking good.

So far it's only about 1-2 inches here, sleet/snow mix. Just enough to make a big mess. :snow
