It is killing me not to be able to book this stuff in advance this year... I have no idea what life has in store for me or if I will still be "campable" this fall.... I will keep my fingers crossed. I missed Mineral Wells last year but drove by it a week later by chance, and I liked it alot. If something changes in my scene, I'll be booking...

Thanks for keeping up a great selection of gatherings Woody!

No, it is east of Possum Kingdom Lake by the town of Mineral Wells.

Was it damaged in the fires this spring, then?

The web site doesn't say anything about fire damage. They are just under a burn ban like most of the state is.

You're welcome Thomas.

Hopefully you can make some of gatherings this Fall.

We're gonna have a good size group at Loyd Park this year.

Do you still have your TD?

Yes I still have it, trying to hold off selling it and hoping selling the house will get me into my land. After that I should have the Monte Carlo finished so I can start driving it full time and sell the Town Car, I should be able to get $5k for it easily, so that is part of the plan too, and plan C is if if I can hold out long enough I get a bonus in Feb. Selling the LT is the last option after that...

I just realized that I am having Thanksgiving at my place this year, so even if I could, I won't be able to. I really would like to camp here sometime though...

Thomas, we are camping the Friday and Saturday after Thanksgiving. Maybe you could make it then.

Also I think Dave & Cindy are planning on being there as well.
