LCGVI...Sat afternoon and potluck.............

Postby madjack » Tue Sep 06, 2011 12:06 pm

...potluck...we have all done this enough, no direction should be needed...y'all know what to do and what to bring...folks might post what they are bringing so others may have an idea what they would wanna bring...we all love to eat so bring the GOOD STUFF.......

...margueritas...where's Tony at...wine tasting, Anna, Cindy, Julie, what say ya...same for the after dinner dance party.....

...BALLOONS...I would ask the "teams" to bring a water hose and setup below the party area to avoid any unfortunate million dollar property damage

...campfires, we'll see what's up at the time but I think we will be safe from a ban...at this point, I have no idea if the campground has any wood stashed but, I will find out...if you want a campfire, you should consider bringing wood for it..........

Thanks Madjack, as a newbie this will be a first as a teardrop owner but potlucks I can do. Wine, not a problem. We will bring Pulled Pork with tortillas and either homemade salsa or BBQ sauce. Looking forward to meeting you and helping to celebrate your big day. I just had my BD and it is better celebrating with Patron, no wait, I meant with friends, yeah that's what I meant. Oh goodness, don't tell the Preacher Man I said that.

I plan to bring a smoker, if I can fit it in, somewhere. If not, I'll grill up some chicken drumsticks again. They always seem to go over well.

I'm sure Dave will launch -- er, I mean smoke, another turkey. :o

Definitely serious, dem gators is good eatin', especially with a little cajun horseradish sauce on the side...

LOL, nope, but I love that show! Trapped and tagged gators in the Basin while working on my undergrad in wildlife management. Seventeen years ago I got paid the staggering sum of 2.85/hour...today I could have been a reality TV star...oh well, I guess it's all about timing, LOL!

I'm getting a tag for this pesky boy in our pond...he's decided it's fun to circle the boat while we're fishing and strike at the bait...so he's gotta go! :o
