I believe we're in the trees. I was afraid of the wind on the bay side.

Sorry all, I don't think I have enough vacation time saved in time for this gathering. I may not make it, I'm still trying to see if I can though.

I can agree with the wind part. That's what keeps the mosquitos away. I didn't figure there would be as much wind as we had at Bolivar earlier this year.

I think my hatch is probably wind proof now.

 Rocky, we'll eventually get us all together. We do have to work to pay for our tear habit, not to metion food and shelter.

October 14 and 15

Sorry can't attend; a bit too far for us (according to Yahoo 490 miles from Texarkana to Rockport). And we already have a long-ish weekend trip for the next weekend: a terrific Rod Run in Wilburton, Oklahoma we try to get to every year. Maybe next time. Joanne (of Lenny & Joanne)

Lenny,

It's a little far from Ennis too but I just couldn't resist another trip to the coast before it starts getting cold. We'll have to get a good gathering to gether for this next spring when we start coming out of winter. Maybe we could shoot for Spring Break.

Enjoy your rod run.

Lenny,

Wish you could come...would like to see your trailer and visit. Didn't know you were a rodder also, so we'll have to get together and talk about our "rides" when we see each other at the next gathering.
