Great news. We will be arriving on Wednesday morning for 4 nights and five days of camping fun. If you make it out Wednesday night we'll leave the light on for you.

After LCG I am out of vacation time for the year, so Mineral Wells and Ray Roberts I will be coming out after work Friday. Since I work in Plano, that will be fine for Ray Roberts, but I am thinking that I might be feeling sick the Friday of Mineral Wells tho... cough cough

We have changed our plans a little bit and now have reservations for Wed., Thurs., Fri., and Sat. nights. I have some vacation time to use and thought this would be a good way to use it.

Cancelling. Teardrop build delay due to building a deck that needs to be finished for Thanksgiving. At least I am building something!

Thinking we might be able to come to this one also if thats ok with ya'll What sights did everyone get would like to be near everyone else not stuck out in the woods by ourselves. Oh ya do you have a pot luck at this event If so how does it work time day or do we defend for ourselves.

Thomas- that sucks. You're gonna have to find time to get your TD built. Thats three gatherings you've missed.

Bobby, come on out. We have reserved spaces in the camping loop with 50 amp service. Texas State Parks will not let us reserve a specific spot but will try to work with us to get us as close as possible.

Scott, glad y'all can join us. We're gonna get there on Wednesday and talk with the folks in the office and try and get us all together if possible.


We're gonna deep fry a couple of turkeys Saturday for the potluck.

Thanks Woody, I know I got used to the summer where I could work at night and there was still daylight. Where I live now, it is pitch dark at night and no way to do the work needed, and I half expected afterI got moved for that big trailer to take over the little trailer for a while. I guess I need to have a gathering so I can camp!
