I know where you are right now, just remember the goal is the teardrop, not the gathering! You still have a site and still can come out and it is better to keep the higher picture of a well built camper in mind! My new camper not withstanding, but it is only meant to be a temporary shelter while I take my time on my vintage standy. Just keep your ultimate goal in mind and I hope to see you there!!

Rollsrice is confirmed for spot 43 for LCG VIII. Looking forward to the event. The RollsRice 5X8 will be making its debut. BTW, what does LCG stand for, dare I ask?

Danny, we were down there in mid-April & it looked pretty 'ragged'. Still lots of tree tops & debris laying around from all the cutting/thinning of timber, & there were skidder tracks everywhere. Campsites all looked pretty good tho & I expect the growing season will eliminate lots of the unsightly aspects as new vegetation takes over. Probably won't even be able to tell much difference by the time LCG rolls around. Also, the girl at the office said they were planning to do lots of clean-up & some renovation during the summer, & I heard they were planning to drain the lake again for more weed control. See ya in Oct...

I am thinking about attending the LCG this year. Are there still some sites open. Did anyone do a map like they used to? It has been several years, but now that my little Campie is in Mississippi, instead of Colorado, I would like to come if only for a day or two.

There are plenty of spots left. Please sign up.

Here is a link to the roster so far. It looks like Mark is working on the map. http://www.tnttt.com/viewtopic.php?f=13&t=54687

Just popping in to say I still have a campsite and still plan to be there. I am still waffling on getting a trailer hitch on my Mini CooperS. But, one way or another, I plan to be there.
