We will have 4 adults and 2 kids with 2 large tent this year. Is it $8 electric/tent. IF so, then I will need to send you $16 in addition to the $12/tent site fee. Is that correct?

I can send it to you via PayPal.

Todah

Todah, don't worry about anything extra until we arrive at BB. we settle up with tents etc on Saturday.
Question....will it be your teardrop and 2 tents or just two tents?
The thing is......a teardrop on site and a tent. $24 for teardrop and $8 for tent with out elec. If there are only children sleeping in the tent (under 18) then there is no charge for the tent. If the extra tent needs elec it is $12 per night

If I don't make this clear please pm me your phone # and I'll give u a call.

Basically. don't worry about any additional expenses until arrival

I had planned on skipping Beaver’s Bend this year. It will be getting warm here by then and lots to do. But, now my daughter wants to attend this year. :applause:  :applause: So, I am planning a trip down through Ky, Tenn, and Ark to meet my daughter at Beavers Bend on Friday
Put us down for two spots for Fri/Sat. We would be very glad to double up in one of the pull-throughs along the river if/when things fill up.
Praying for warm weather Forecast is a high of -15 for Monday
Have a great 2014
Randy

Randy, I can't believe you were going to skip BB. LOL If you want to Just send deposit for 1 site, y'all can double up. I can't promise a river front site will be available on Friday but you know we have plenty of sites large enough to double up. If you prefer two separate sites it is gonna be a close call. Looks like over the past couple of days we have quite a few folks planning to attend and a few sites left.

Stay warm my friend. I know why I live in Texas when I see other folks weather.

I must apologize once more for not being on the forum to answer questions (thank you again Woody for calling me)

We have my MIL all settled into the nursing home but she is having some health issues now.
Grandbaby #2, Logan, arrived December 20th so I have made a few trips to see him.
November and December were very busy for me and my business but the first of the year is usually little slower to maybe I can focus now.
Cassidy, her husband, and Grandbaby #1,Charlie, will be back in the States/Texas/My property for good in March......YAYYYYYY me ......

I do not make new years resolutions but I promise to get focused and check the forum daily.

Those of you that would like to reserve one of the few sites left.

Feel free to send funds via Paypal to [email protected]. Please send as a gift so I am not charged a fee.

Then please PM me to let me know who funds go with and I will get you on the list ASAP

We will be coming as well. We'll arrive on the 24th and leave on the morning of the 27th, headed for Barnsdall (my mom's hometown.)

Any recommendations for a place to overnight in Amarillo? We normally do KOAs but we are open to other suggestions.

One question, how "dog friendly" is Beavers Bend park? We are considering bringing our little cattle dog "Shaila" who loves to travel with us.

Thanks!

Linda,

Thanks for the response! We will have just the two large tents this year. Deconstructed Todah 3, and I wanted to rebuild. I will be going to Africa 2 weeks for a mission trip. The "preparing to be away" from work and school that is happening prior to the trip AND the catch up afterwards will reduce possible build time.

Gary and I are so ready to go camping and all this cold weather. We are going to go ahead and plan on coming in on Thursday. Will plan on fixing breakfast on Saturday morning. Nice that we are both retired now .... can adjust our plans whenever we need/want to. He is still making pizza at the winery on Friday and Saturdays .... but they are flexible about letting him have time off. Is there anyone coming that could bring us a bottle or two of Steins syrup. Gary is addicted to the stuff and we just can't get it around here. We will definitely repay you for the cost. Trudy

I had sent money via PayPal a few weeks ago and noticed I wasn't listed as an attendee. Just making sure we will have a spot when we get there. Just don't want to be left out on all the fun. Hope everybody is having a great weekend!!
