Hey, I've got a 16-oz. jar of Savoie's Old Fashioned Roux that Eddie Pounds gave to me 2 years ago!!!!!!!! This sh** don't go bad, does it???

5bs 15#s boneless, skinless chicken breasts
Roux (in a jar) any brand will work but the Chef told me Zatarains is preferred -We have three but I have no idea how many we need

Yep, & I don't think we were 'pouring' it out either. Best I remember we warmed it up in the hot water & then had to 'dig' it out with spoons (at least the first year we did it on War Pony's deck)??
