Yes Woody, Beaver's bend was almost sold out last year, I'll reach out to the tin can tourists that joined us at LCG to see if they could rally some peeps as well as some other cool people from the vintage trailer groups. If Linda looses money on this deal that is something we as a group will need to rally for to pay back just out of good faith. This is the 10th annual!

The 10th Annual Teardrops and Tiny Trailers Beavers Bend gathering is April 23-26th 2015. This is an open group to anyone and not limited to a teardrop or a tiny trailer, just real people who enjoy camping together, pot lucks and a nice camp fire. There is no membership, no dues, and no fees beyond what the park charges. Linda in the group has already reserved the entire buckeye camping loop that is right on the water in advance so interested parties can use the web address below to view the information and can join the forum is they desire. Payments will go to her since she has already paid for all the sites, so we will OWN the loop. There is no entry free to Beavers Bend and camping is usually $30 a night but for this even it is $25 per night because we have been coming out for ten years.

Note for newbies.
We do not assign site numbers. It is first come first serve.
Once we fill up (on page 1 of this thread) I can allow for doubling up.
With a waiting list I move folks from waiting list to a site if someone has to bow out.
Quite often some folks that have camped together for years will volunteer to double up which frees up a site for someone else.
If you pay a deposit (or in full) and can not make it your funds will be fully refunded if I am able to fill your spot.

I do not profit from this gathering. I have not been out any additional expense either. You are all a wonderful group of friends and I appreciate the offers to pay extra to cover any additional expenses. There just are not additional expenses.
