Sanders Cove on Pat Mayse Lake 9/30-10/2

Beyond South Central meets at Pat Mayse lake COE park, Sanders Cove campground, Sept 30-Oct 2nd. Park is just North of Paris, TX, just South of the OK border, 1 mi off Highway 271. This park is a unique COE park as it is heavily wooded and has miles of really nice hiking and biking trails.

NOTE: This is a SAT - MONDAY gathering but if you want to show up Friday, feel free

All the sites on this row are waterfront sites except 22. They're up on a hill but it's still a great view and sunset. Sites are only $18 a night, with no extra fees anywhere. Yes that's $36 for the entire two night stay.
There are three loops in the park, we are in the very top loop on the map.

IMPORTANT NOTES:
1): The central bathhouse is a long way away, you'll need to drive but it is a good bathhouse.
2): Bring your 50 foot water hose in addition to your regular hose, COE parks are notorious for having distant water connections. all sites do have power and water.
3): NOTE THE DAYS, this is not the usual Fri-Sun, it is Sat-Mon... this is because I am still working Saturdays so people that work Monday through Friday still only need to take one day off and so I don't have to take two days off. It is also cool because we show up when the park is full and the next day, most people leave and we have the park to ourselves!

That would be great! I have another friend who has a new camper so you won't feel out of place. I sold my new one and bought the red Shasta Compact in my pic below. Still no bathroom so I might take the van but you haven't seen either anyway, to be determined! 29 is a great site with an awesome sunset view. I need to update the list, we have another attendee also who has one of the new Holiday Houses which will be cool to see, I have not seen one in person.
