Hope everyone had a good time, We passed by the exit to the campground on Thursday afternoon on our move north. Bill was pulling a humongous white cargo trailer and I was following behind in the Escape and the Eggscape.
An older black truck pulling a teardrop passed us on the way, looked like they were headed for the gathering, we would have loved to have stopped but had to be in Port Townsend by the weekend and just didn't have the time. :( Maybe next year!

Hey Juli n Bill,
Welcome to Warshington! Hope you had a safe trip.

The DAM Gathering was terrific. Antlers R.V. park is a really great venue for a bunch of campers. It was easy to see why this year was number 14.

We’ll have to get a Washington caravan next time (I really don’t say WaRshington).
Are you guys going to any kayak events this year? (as if you haven’t been busy enough).

Juli N Bill,
I'll bet it was Lydia that passed you going the other way, 'cause she was telling Joanie and I that she saw a teardrop heading North and thought... "Hey!!! They're going the wrong way..."
Her teardrop is the Lady Bug... has black spots on it.

Problem being Dean, Lydia doesn't have a black truck. She came in with a Ford Taurus.

Well....
You'd be the only one I'd notice with an older black truck and I did notice that right when I got there that you left it at home. :D

That makes sense...
Yep it did rain until Friday morning...
The Pilot looks like it's a little easier to travel in.
Less gas stops too I'll bet...

Well, I thought it was Gage at first but the tear didn't match. Lydia probably did see us we were heading north for a long, long time! But I didn't see her, I was looking out for Tears but that one just at the campground turn off was the only one we saw on our trip.

Thanks for the welcome Paul and Norma. We'll be at Joe Greenley's Wooden Kayak Rendezvous the first weekend in August at Fort Worden State Park in Port Townsend, WA. http://www.redfishkayak.com/events.htm
