NW gathering of one?

I'll be at Ainsworth State park next weekend (14-16) weather permitting. It is about 20 miles east of Portland right off I-84. Full hook ups available, hot showers and flush toilets. First come first serve. I plan to go Friday morning. If anyone wants to come I can try to save a space.

What I would give to be up there. Really pretty place. When we drove thru ainsworth on our trip we spotted a super neat vintage trailer called a Super Dome. They spotted us just about the time we spotted them and we parked and they gave us a tour and then also checked our tear out. Sure meet great people thru vintage trailers! Enjoy your camp out in a beautiful part of the country..........Patty

Hi Jim,
We might make it down on Saturday for an over nighter.
I have a mandatory re-cert class that goes until 5:00 p.m. Friday.
I won't try and play in rush hour after that except to get home.
You going to be on your own or are there kids involved (always good incentive to get Norma to commit...)?

Paul, It's me the girls (both of them) the wife and my brother-in-law and sister-in-law. It's probably 3 1/2 hours so Norma's back should be O.K. Now if we could get Jeremy and his kids we would have a good ol' time.

I am taking my son up to the Black Mountain Cub Scout camp for a fishing trip that Sunday. We may go up & spent the night Sat. If not, I might be able to head that way Thursday night & come back Sat. That is if I don not have to work Friday. I'll let you guys know what I can work out.

Jim,
Would like to join you. Ainsworth is a great park. Use to frequent it when we lived in that neck of the woods. However we are leaving for Utah on Thursday. Going to the Salty Teardrop gathering at Bear Lake. Have a great time. Maybe see you at Dillon Beach. Jerry

Have a good trip Jerry. I don't think I'll make it to Dillon.

Sorry to hear that Jim. We will have our dutch oven table together by then. I am changing the legs, mine will unscrew instead of fold. There were a lot of tables like that at the IDOS and I was convinced that it would work just as well plus lay flat for storage.

Maybe I'll see it at Shasta next year.

I'm pretty sure we're heading down.
Norma is still up for it, but I'm kinda dragging....
I've been in a Configuration Management II refresher class the past two days and again tomorrow. It runs from 8-5 and is in Bellevue - 1 3/4 hour drive home both days so far...can't wait for tomorrow.
Its not that far down to Portland so we'll most likely do it ...Last Gasp of Summer, right?

Hey Paul, let me know if you're coming so I don't tie up a space.
