I was just thinking about you yesterday. Have a safe trip. That's a heck of a long drive.

Thanks. Right now it's raining here like we were on the East Coast. I hope the weather is better tomorrow.

It looks like some rain or showers in the area tomorrow. It's supposed to clear off for the weekend, though.

Have a safe trip! See you tomorrow night.

Well, those of you who attended know what the weather was like. Rain all day Friday, sunny all day Saturday, rain on and off Sunday. Despite nature's attempts to dampen our spirits, we had a good time. Some people left early because of the weather, so they missed a good potluck on Sunday night and an excellent breakfast on Monday morning.

See you all at either Kelson's Kampout or 4th of July fun at Carnation.

Here is the entrance Friday afternoon.

This is the "bridge" that was built by Sunday.

Here is the plan "B" escape route.

Even though it was wet, it was fun anyway!! The entrance became the entertainment a lot of the times.

Oh wow. :o Those fields were soft last year with no real rain. I can imagine how tough it was for some of the rigs this year.

I have a few pictures to share.

John & Denise's Tear 4 Two & 56 Chevy

The guys critique a teardrop.
This nice looking TD (profile) was originally for sale in Sundowner Magazine for $24,000 and never sold.
The original sale price of $5,000 was to someone connected to the builder.
Doug from Utah (blue sweatshirt) recently purchased the 2007 Retro-Trailer TD and is the second owner.
He was the longest distance winner.

Roughing it Northwest style. There's a propane gas log fire pit in the center.

My Teardrop & 55 Chevy
The galley lid is not twisted like the picture shows.

Dan's Trailorboat & 51 Chevy truck. Notice the hitch holding the trailer on the trucks back wall.

Evan & Lena's 2009 CampInn Raindrop. Our host Steve on right.

Inside their Raindrop. This makes into a upper and lower bunk for small children.
